For US orders, please send your check, made payable to Hands Services, to the address below. Include the total amount of your order, the items requested, your phone number, Email and shipping address. California residents please add 8.25% sales tax (on product only, not shipping).

~ Return Policy ~
1. Returns for credit are accepted only if UNUSED, within 30 days of receipt.
2. Return the product, postage pre-paid, to the address below.
3. When it is received back, credit will be issued for the items only, less a $10.00 return service charge. Credit is not given for shipping charges.
4. Credit is not given for shipping charges.
5. To avoid delays, please include your name and order number, and a note as to why you are making the return.
~ Exchange Procedure ~
1. Exchanges are accepted on UNUSED product only.
2. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. To exchange the Vest for a different size, return the VEST ONLY, postage pre-paid, to the address below.
4. Please keep the weights and the CD.
5. For US customers, include a check for $7.95 payable to HANDS SERVICES, for return shipping charges. Return shipping charges for Canada is $10.00 USD, and $20.00 USD for all other countries. (International customers ONLY, please email first for exchange procedure).
6. Include a copy of your original Packing Slip, or the original order number with your name/address, and the correct size you need.
