CRUNCH introduces Dynamic "TreadRide with WALKVEST®" Workout
The fitness world is about to witness the
launch of a dynamic "phenomenon" with a new workout offered presently
at Crunch Fitness®, the leaders in innovative group fitness
programming. The class, TreadRide with WALKVEST
is designed around the latest in personal equipment (the WALKVEST
Training System) and enhanced motivational one-on-one coaching by Debbie
Rocker. During TreadRide with WALKVEST, the
instructor becomes each students' personal coach, guiding participants
on and off the treadmill for an effectively combined cardiovascular and
strength training experience. Students are kept constantly motivated by
the instructor who will often pop up on the treadmill to make sure directions
are being followed. Participants also receive interval weight training
in between running/walking sets on the treadmill with a body bar and dumbbells.
Treadmills are used in a never before seen way for lunges and push-ups
as well as cool down stretch. "TreadRide is going to
